I’ve been a director, teacher and performing artist around the world for three decades. In that time I’ve learnt a thing or two, but you never stop learning. That’s how you get good. I’m available for one-on-one chats online or in-person, because while being an artist is the best job in the world, sometimes it can get a little lonely. There's no map, no rules and it doesn’t come with a job description. We’re just making it up, so let me help you create your ideal creative lifestyle!

Trent H Baumann is an internationally award-winning performer, writer and director, a nominee for “Most Original Comedy” at the Edinburgh Fringe. Trent has appeared at The Sydney Opera House and toured to twenty countries with his idiosyncratic shows like The Birdmann and Egg. He has a diverse background in the arts with a BA in Theatre QUT, training at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus/Circa and was a Pixar masterclass participant. As the Artistic Director of Monfu, Trent is dedicated to innovative ideas and inclusive artistic communities. As a teacher and guide, Trent has led countless workshops in creating acts, developing stage persona and stage presence around the world. As a director, writer or performer, his shows won many awards including Best Circus at Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne Fringe Festivals. As a writer, Trent has created a cult following with “Trent H Baumann Quotes”, where he shares quotes of humour and hope.
